Brig Gen Yossi Kupperwasser, a former division commander in the IDF intelligence branch, said that decision makers during the Lebanon war had a good strategic and operative picture of Hizbullah capabilities.
In a conference hosted by the Institute of Counter-Terrorism in Herzliya, Kupperwasser said that "Nasrallah came across as a megalomaniac, in love with himself and afraid for his fate". (Hanan Greenberg)
