Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit told London-based Arab-language newspaper Al-Hayat that an international court will be established to try the suspects in the assassination of Rafik Hariri “with international consent,” even if political forces in Lebanon do not reach an agreement on the matter.
