Earthquake rattles Honduras, El Salvador

A moderate earthquake shook Honduras and El Salvador on Friday. There were no immediate reports of damages or injuries.

The tremor had a preliminary magnitude of 5.5 and struck in the Gulf of Fonseca, off the Honduran coast, 105 kilometers, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. Authorities in El Salvador measured the quake at 6.1. (AP)
