Nine West opens 3 new stores in Israel
Sakal Group, owner of international shoe brand's marketing franchise, invests $250,000 in new branches
The Sakal Group, owner of the Nine West marketing franchise, is in the process of opening three new stores of the international shoe brand in Israel, with a total investment of $250,000.
The first store was opened in the city of Holon, just south of Tel Aviv, during the Passover holiday, on an area of 65 square meters (699.66 square feet).
Two additional stores are expected to be opened during the months of April and May in Jerusalem and in the city of Rehovot, south of Tel Aviv.
The stores are designed by the Nine West designers according to the brand's new concept: Large stores in black and white, divided into shoe, bag and fashion accessories departments.
The Sakal Group received the Nine West franchise in 1999. Since then, the company has opened 17 flagship stores and 50 sales points in Israel, one of them at Ben Gurion Airport. Another six Nine West flagship stores are expected to open in Israel in 2007.
