A license plate, a baseball and even bath toy – there are those who believe matzah is not only a bed for herring. Introducing the Matzah Song!
The holiday of Passover has only just begun, but there are already those thinking about the day after: We can use the piles of matzah left in our kitchen cupboards to wrap fish, and the Ashkenazim among us will probably use them as a bed for herring at least until Rosh Hashana.
