The Tel Aviv District Court received Monday a damages claim on the amount of NIS 559 million (about $172 million) against the Palestinian Authority and the five terrorists convicted of murdering Sharon and Yaniv Ben-Shalom, and Sharon’s brother, Dror, in a shooting attack on road 443 in August 2001.
The claim was filed by the couple’s daughters, who survived the shooting attack. (Vered Luvitch)
