Georgia's Foreign Minister Eka Tkeshelashvili said Thursday that the ethnic cleansing of Georgians from the separatist province of South Ossetia has nearly been completed.
She was speaking in Vienna at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. (AP)
