Former MK Weizmann Shiri and aide to Defense Minister Ehud Barak on Sunday commented on the prime minister's decision not to allow Barak to travel to Paris, saying, "The outgoing prime minister's behavior is strange. He has said about himself that his is not a vengeful man. He has proven along the way that he is acting like a shady businessman.
"I really hope that if tomorrow morning the Israeli government has to make a fatal decision - and it is very possible that such a thing could happen – the prime minister will be able to rise above this behavior, something that he hasn't done and hasn't been able to do in the recent period."
