Lieberman: MK Tibi is our problem
Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman said that "those who listened to the Fatah convention yesterday understood that our problem is not with Abu Mazen (Mahmoud Abbas), but rather with Ahmad Tibi".
MK Ahmad Tibi (United Arab List-Ta'al) spoke during a Fatah convention Tuesday and called on settlers to "get out" of Palestinian lands. Lieberman said his speech negated Israel's Declaration of Independence, and that the state therefore "needs to decide whether if it is defensively democratic or suicidal". (Roni Sofer)
