Entertainer Dudu Topaz dead at 62

Entertainer Dudu Topaz committed suicide in his cell overnight, the Israeli Prison Service said Thursday. Topaz reportedly hanged himself. He was pronounced dead at the scene by MDA paramedics.
Topaz was held at the Nitzan Detention Center in Ramla while he undergoes trial for multiple charges of conspiracy to commit a crime, aggravated assault and obstruction of justice. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
