EU source: Israel may have intercepted Russian ship

The European Union's reporter on piracy, Admiral Tarmo Kouts said it is likely that Israel was responsible for the interception of the Russian cargo ship, the Arctic Sea, which was carrying a shipment bound for the Middle East.
Kouts said this in an interview with TIME Magazine, despite the vehement denial by Russian envoy to NATO Dmitri Rogozin, who said Kouts should stop "running his mouth." (Ynet)
