Forecasters say Tropical Storm Linda has formed far out over the Pacific Ocean, but it's not threatening land right now.
According to the National Hurricane Center in Miami, the 12th named storm of the Pacific season had maximum sustained winds near 60 mph (55 kph) on Monday evening. (AP)
