Hamas: German mediator presents new outline for swap deal

Senior Hamas member Osama al-Mazini, holder of the Shalit portfolio, said that German mediator Ernst Uhrlau has presented both Israel and Hamas with a new outline for the prisoner exchange deal. According to al-Mazini, Hamas views the current stage of negotiations as a deceleration of Israel's true intentions.
"Israel has no information on Shalit's whereabouts," al-Mazini said and rejected claims according to which the Israeli intelligence has traced the location of the kidnapped soldier in the Gaza Strip. (Ali Waked)
