Justice Minister Yaakov Ne'eman backed Tuesday the decision not to retry Margalit Har-Shefi, who was convicted of failing to prevent slain Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin's assassination in 1995.
Ne'eman said the matter was in the hands of the Supreme Court, which had "exclusive authority in the matter." (Roni Sofer)
