Islamic Jihad claims responsibility for mortar fire

Al-Quds Brigades, Islamic Jihad's military wing claimed responsibility for the firing of six mortar shells at the western Negev Saturday. "Resistance has the right to stand up against Israeli aggression directed at the Palestinian people," a statement issued by the group noted. Earlier on Saturday three Thai workers were hurt by mortars fired from the Gaza Strip. (Roee Nahmias)
