J'lem: 2 arrested in rally against light rail construction

Dozens of demonstrators gathered at Jerusalem's Mahane Yehuda Market in protest of the harm done to businesses in the area by the ongoing construction of the light rail system. The protestors carried signs condemning Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Finance Minister Yuval Steinitz and Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz for the delayed project.


Police forces that arrived on the scene reported that the demonstration is under control. Two protestors were arrested. (Omri Efraim and Yair Altman)
