Egypt's Deputy Prime Minister Yehia El-Gamal on Monday accused Israel of "standing behind plans to sow seeds of civil war in Egypt". In an interview with Lebanon's news agency he said that international intelligence mechanisms especially the Americans and Israelis "wouldn't leave Egypt alone".
