Dreamlike beds, rich breakfast and amazing view; too bad prices are so high
The hotel's name already appears alongside acclaimed Tel Aviv hotels Sheraton and David Intercontinental.
This is not the first time that Montefiore gets a thumbs-up from international travel guides. In 2009, the hotel made Cond'e Nast Traveller hot list and it has been on the recommended hotels list on the tablethotels.com website, which cites only five Israeli hotels.
Oren Shcnabel, head of Restaurants and Hotels at r2m Group, owned by Ruth and Mati Broudo, told Calcalist on Thursday: "We are proud and overjoyed to have received such International acclaim from Fodor's and we shall continue to uphold our high standards."
