H&M opening in Herzliya, Rehovot

International fashion chain to open its seventh, eighth Israel stores on August 18, August 25

H&M franchiser in Israel, Match Retail, will be opening two new stores this month.

The international fashion chain's seventh Israel store will open on August 18 at Herzilya's Seven Star Mall, and the eighth store will be inaugurated on August 25 at the Rehovot Mall.

As in previous openings, the first 100 shoppers to visit each store will receive a gift certificate.

The Herzliya store stretches over two floors and measures 1,500 square meters (16,150 square feet) in size, while the Rehovot store stretches over 1,350 square meters (14,500).

Both stores will offer women's wear, men's wear, and children and baby clothing. Another store is expected to open in 2012 in the Kiryon Mall in the northern town of Kiryat Bialik.

The two new stores, which will offer the chain's 2011 fall collection, join H&M's stores in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Kfar Saba, Petah Tikva and Netanya.

"The many loyal customers who visited the six stores we opened in the first 18 months of our activity in Israel reflect the brand's success in Israel, and we're pleased to be able to bring the brand to new audiences," Match Retail said in a statement.
