Two Jerusalem hotels have been rated among the top 10 in World Middle Eastern Hotels by the Conde Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards.
The Inbal Jerusalem came in fourth, while the David Citadel and Jordan’s Grand Hyatt Amman tied for the sixth place on the list.
The Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Survey, which began in 1988, is available to all readers through a secure website. This year’s final tabulations of 28,876 responses were done by Global Market Insite, Inc., of Boston.
The online questionnaire contains lists of candidates in various categories (Cities, Hotels, etc.). Individual candidates are judged by relevant criteria (Location, Food, Customer Service, etc) for each.
Those that receive a required minimum number of responses are deemed eligible for a Readers’ Choice Award.
The Inbal Hotel scored extremely high for its exceptional food and location, and compiled an impressive overall score of 87.5, while The David Citadel got good scores for its location, rooms and activities, and scored an 86 overall.
The overall winner was The Park Hyatt Dubai, which landed an impressive score of 95.5.
