Germany will play friendlies against Israel and Switzerland as it prepares for next year's European Championship.
The German Football Federation says the team will play Switzerland in Basel on May 26 before hosting Israel in Leipzig on June 1.
Germany coach Joachim Loew says they are "two interesting opponents" and that Switzerland is "traditionally a team with fighting and technical qualities, so this is a good test."
The Germany coach says Israel had "improved steadily in recent years."
Germany is one of the favorites for Euro 2012, which will be held in Poland and Ukraine. The three-time champions will face the Netherlands, Portugal and Denmark in Group B.
