The State's budget deficit has exceeded the goal and increased by 3.3% (GDP that reflects the economy's scope of activity). According to initial Finance Ministry estimates for 2011, the gap between the budget expenses and State revenue from taxes stood at NIS 28.6 billion ($7.5 billion). (Avital Lahav)
