The Obama administration is denying any role in the killing
of an Iranian university professor
working at a key nuclear
facility.
White House spokesman Tommy Vietor said the United States "had absolutely nothing to do" with Mostafa Ahmadi Roshan's death. Vietor said the US condemns "all acts of violence, including acts of violence like what is being reported today."

Earlier, State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland would not answer a question about whether Washington was involved in the killing - or if the administration views Roshan as an innocent victim.
Location of blast in Tehran
Reports said two assailants on a motorcycle attached a magnetic bomb to Roshan's car, killing him and his driver Wednesday.
Roshan was a chemistry expert and director of the Natanz uranium enrichment facility in central Iran.
