PRC: Operative killed in Rafah blast

The Popular Resistance Committee said that the man who was killed in a blast that occurred at the home of the group's commander earlier was Khaled al-Qeisi, a 38-year-old operative. The PRC said he was killed during "operational activity."

Earlier, the PRC said its secretary-general, Zuher al-Qeisi, was not at home during the blast. (Elior Levy)
