Report: Palestinian critically injured in clash with IDF
Palestinians say youth sufferes serious head injury in clash with security forces at Atara crossing
Palestinian sources reported Monday that a 19-year-old man from the West Bank city of Birzeit suffered critical injuries in a clash with IDF forces.
According to the report, Mohammad Taysir Abu-Awad was injured by a grenade used as crowd-control measures, during a violent clash between Palestinians and IDF forces at the Atara crossing, north of Ramallah.
Abu-Awad was rushed to the Ramallah hospital where he is undergoing emergency surgery.
