Palestinians: W. Bank accident caused by IDF
Palestinian officials have told Ynet that the Palestinian vehicle involved in the collision with an IDF jeep in the West Bank was smuggling illegal Palestinian aliens and was overturned as a result of an IDF chase.
The officials noted that the accident occurred on a road known as a route to smuggle Palestinian workers into Israel. The IDF Spokesman confirmed that two soldiers and 19 Palestinians were lightly wounded in the accident. (Elior Levy)
