Mortar shell fragment found on Coastal Highway

A mortar shell fragment containing explosives was found on the Coastal Highway near Rishpon Junction. Traffic police have closed the road, allowing a bomb expert to remove the shell. It was not immediately clear how the fragment reached the road. (Raanan Ben-Zur)
