A police officer sustained light wounds overnight Saturday after he was assaulted by teenagers in Holon.
According to an investigation launched by Ayalon police sub-district, the officer, who was off duty, approached the teenagers at around 2 am and asked that they keep the noise down. In response, the teens attacked him, and one of them threw a rock at his head.

The officer was evacuated to the Wolfson Medical Center in Holon. The suspects have yet to be apprehended.
A few hours prior to the incident in Holon, police were called to a house in Savyon, where a fight broke out between a few teenagers during a pool party. Six teenagers were arrested.
According to the police investigation, during the brawl teenagers threw bottles of alcohol at one another.
A Magen David Adom paramedic said a teenager who was injured by shards of glass was treated at the scene, while another youth, who apparently consumed a large amount of alcohol, was taken to the Sheba Medical Center at Tel Hashomer.
The owner of the house was taken in for questioning and later released.
The teenagers who were involved in the brawl are to remain under house arrest for five days.
