A video released by the Mujahideen Shura Council on Friday documents the preparations leading up to the terror attack that killed an Israeli civilian on the border with Egypt last month.

In the video, one operative is heard describing the Israeli army as one that "employs any means necessary to protect Jews and kill any Jihad militant that nears the border."
The man noted, however, that the breaches in Israel 'sborder have only expanded recently. The terrorists even allegedly managed to find a weak spot adjacent to an area populated by Israelis.
The clip contains footage of Israeli cars near the fence, including IDF patrol vehicles.
On June 18, a terror cell managed to infiltrate Israel's southern border, fire a rocket-propelled grenade and open fire towards laborers building the border fence. One of the workers, Said Phashpashe, 36, from Haifa, was killed.

IDF troops returned fire, killing two of the terrorists. Days after the fact, the Mujahideen Shura Council – a shadowy al-Qaeda -linkedgroup – took responsibility for the attack in a video. The clip introduced the operatives who were killed.
Human missiles
The newly-released video shows the two terrorists training day and night,
- looking over the photos collected by the group's intelligence agents and inspecting a model of the border area.
They are also briefed by a masked top operative, who instructs them to slip out of the Egyptian post located near the spot where the border would be breached.
According to the video, the terrorists were meant to detonate a bomb near a patrol car, and then fire an RPG at another vehicle. One of the terrorists is then shown preparing the explosive device, and expressing hope that more suicide attacks and ambushes would target Jews in the future.
"We are a nation that doesn't know what humiliation is," another terrorist is heard saying. "We are like missiles that you never have and never will develop."
The video concludes with a previously-released recording in which the two terrorists announce their murderous intentions.
- "We will soon carry out a double suicide attack meant to harm the Jewish enemy's forces on Egypt's border with the occupied Palestine," they say.
