IDF thwarts drug smuggling attempt
An IDF force managed to thwart a drug smuggling attempt at the Egyptian border, near the Gaza Strip. The force arrested an Israeli citizen suspected of being involved in the smuggling and handed him over to the police.
Reportedly, Egyptian police shot at the smugglers, who came in from Sinai. The incident took place where the construction of a security fence was completed. (Yoav Zitun)
