Explosives found in Sinai
Egyptian security forces discovered explosives in the city of El-Arish, located in the Sinai Peninsula, as Egyptians were voting on a new Islamist-backed constitution.
Forces found two anti-tank mines in the al-Masaed neighborhood, and they were removed by explosives experts, security officials told the Ma'an News Agency. (Roi Kais)
