MI officials consulted with Harpaz despite lack of clearance
State Comptroller Yosef Shapira noted in his report into the Harpaz affair that senior officials in the IDF's Intelligence Division continued to consult with Lt. Col. (ret.) Boaz Harpaz without first examining his security clearance, even after Harpaz was discharged from the army.

The Comptroller's report described the manner in which sensitive intelligence material was revealed in 2000, as well as Harpaz's actions within the Defense Ministry and the IDF Chief of Staff's bureau. (Yaron Druckman)
