Five ultra-orthodox men were arrested in Tiberias after they attempted to disrupt infrastructure work in an area in which they claim ancient graves can be found.
The suspects blocked a road in the city's center, near the construction site, and when they refused to disperse they were arrested. (Maor Buchnik)
