Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will recommend that Yossi Shelly be appointed to the position of the Likud's Secretary-General. Netanayhu noted that his first job will be to prepare the party for municipal elections scheduled for October. Shelly will replace the current Secretary-General, Gadi Arieli.
In the past, Shelly has served as the Secretary-General for the Beersheba Municiaplty and the Israeli Postal Service. (Attila Somfalvi)
