IBM to acquire Israeli data security company Trusteer

IBM has signed an agreement to acquire Israeli data security company Trusteer for a sum ranging between $800 million and $1 billion.

Trusteer's website said IBM is forming a cybersecurity software lab in Israel that will bring together more than 200 Trusteer and IBM researchers and developers to focus on advanced threat, malware, counter-fraud, financial crimes and mobile security solutions. (Assaf Gilad, Calcalist)
