Opposition forces gov't to split vote on governability, election threshold

The opposition has succeeded in forcing the government to split between the vote on the Governability Bill and the vote on rising the election threshold.

The decision to disconnect between the two was reached in the Knesset's Constitution, Law and Justice Committee and has inspired concerns that the government will not be able to garner the necessary support to see the bill passed and the threshold rise to 3.25%. (Moran Azulay)
