Israeli official: Ceasefire deal doesn't include ports, prisoner release

An Israeli official said Tuesday evening that the government had received the proposal for a long-term ceasefire deal which the Palestinians say will go into effect at 7pm. The Israeli said that the deal did not stipulate the construction of a seaport or airport in the Gaza Strip or the release of prisoners held in Israeli prisons. The source aslo said that the transfer of funds to Hamas was not addressed in the agreement.
