Tulkarm youth arrested on suspicion of planning Netanya terror attack
20-year-old from Tulkarm suspected of planning terrorist attack and unlawfully entering Israel with the intention of murdering Jews.
State Attorney's Office says the young man made intentions of carrying out an attack because of Temple Mount crisis known on Facebook.
