East Jerusalem resident arrested for incitement
A 35-years-old resident of east Jerusalem was arrested on the eve of Rosh Hashanah on suspicion of threats, incitement and support for a terrorist organization.
He was interrogated on suspicion of incitement for a long list of publications he distributed through his Facebook page.
The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court released the man to house arrest under restrictive conditions, but the District Court accepted the appeal filed by the police and extended his detention until Wednesday.
The court further ruled that the suspect would undergo a psychiatric examination.
