IDF neutralizes roadside bomb, arrests terror cell
An IDF force stopped a terrorist cell that placed an explosive charge on a road near the settlement of Migdal Oz in Gush Etzion.
The IDF Spokesperson stated that the members of the cell had been transferred to the security forces for questioning.
