Palestinian arrested on suspicion of attempting to carry out terror attack
The Border Police undercover unit, together with the police and the Shin Bet security service, arrested a Palestinian resident of Tulkarm on Wednesday, on suspicion of attempting to carry out a terrorist attack in Israel.
The Border Police added that during his arrest, the man tried to draw a knife.
Earlier, security forces in Rahat detained a Palestinian suspect, who is an illegal resident, on suspicion of attempting to perpetrate a different attack in Israeli territory. When the forces came to arrest him, he too tried to draw a knife.
