Palestinian tries fleeing from border police, fails and injures Israeli civilian
An Israeli civilian sustained minor injuries after his vehicle was hit by a Palestinian vehicle that tried to escape from the Border Police near the village of Ni'lin in Jenin.
The driver of the car, a resident of the village in his 20s, was arrested after border policemen shot his vehicles' tires, disabling the car.
