Hippo flees Ramat Gan Safari, but eventually returns home

A common hippopotamus escaped the Ramat Gan Safari on Thursday morning, but eventually turned around and returned.
The hippo, one of 24 currently living in the safari, made it to the safari entry gate and was able to exit the complex.
