Lieberman: law should be enacted allowing to hold terrorists' bodies for negotiations

Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman instructed his ministry to "commence work immediately on enacting a law permitting to hold bodies of terrorists for negotiations to return the bodies of MIAs and POWs."
Lieberman's decision came following the High Court of Justice's ruling the state had no legal right to hold the bodies.
