Education reforms: 5 days of enrichment activities during Passover vacation
Education Minister Naftali Bennett (Bayit Yehudi) and Finance Minister Moshe Kahlon (Kulanu) presented a new plan Monday that will enable school students to attend enrichment courses during vacation.
This March, during the Passover holidays, students will be able to attend the activities during five of the days in educational institutions in the Jewish, Arab and Druze sectors. The costs of the course will be no more than NIS 30 per day.
Starting next year, ten days of enrichment activities will be made available to the children during the Hanukkah holidays and Passover holidays in the Jewish sectors, and ten days during the spring and winter breaks for non-Jewish sectors in the country.
