Israel foils Islamic Jihad plot to bomb Lieberman convoy
Israeli security forces have arrested activists belonging to an Islamic Jihad terror cell that was planning to plant a bomb on a road on which Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman’s convoy was set to travel, it was cleared for publication Sunday morning.


Another terror cell was also broken up in joint operation conducted by the Shin Bet, the IDF and the Israel Police, that was operating in the Bethlehem area and planning to carry out a shooting attack. Overall, six terrorists were arrested.
