Jaffa residents protest relocation of bodies from sold cemetery
Residents of Jaffa demonstrated during a hearing in the Tel Aviv District Court on the intention to excavate and relocate graves from the Tasso Muslim Cemetery in the city following the purchase of the land for consturction.
The Supreme Court approved the sale of half of the cemetery's land to private developers in January.
