MOSCOW - Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov said on Thursday that Syrian rebels were preventing inspectors for the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) from reaching the town of Douma, the RIA news agency reported.
