Russia's ambassador to Israel: 'Israel's attack in Syria worsens situation'

Russia's outgoing Ambassador to Israel Alexander Shein said in an interview to Ynet on Wednesday that he is concerned about Israel's attack in Syria since it escalated the volatile situation in the region.

"We haven't decided yet whether the S-300 advanced defense system will be sold to Syria," Shein added.

The amabsdor also noted he understood Israel's concerns about Iranian entrenchment in Syria.
