Man seriously hurt in attempted hit at Jerusalem mall
Man about 30 years old stabbed outside the Hadar mall in the capital; police officer pursues stabber and neutralizes him; invesitgation finds the stabbing was criminal in nature.
A man about 30 years old was seriously wounded Sunday in a stabbing near the entrance to the Hadar mall in Jerusalem's Talpiot neighborhood, in what police said was a criminal assassination attempt.
Magen David Adom paramedics treated the wounded man on the scene and then took him to the Shaare Zedek Medical Center in the capital.
A police officer pursued the stabber, who is around 35 years old, and neutralized him.
